What should I do if I am not satisfied with the study methods?
If you are not satisfied with the mode/method or the way of conduct of the iMesh Lab Practical Training Centre you can withdraw or discontinue your Practical Training program after two days of its commencement with which 75% of the fees will be refunded. If the student withdraws from the course before 10 days then 25% of the paid fees will be refunded. If the candidate is not satisfied even after 10 days of the commencement of Practical Training program he/she can quit and NO AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED by the Institution.

What is the confidentiality policy of iMesh Lab?
The confidentiality agreement binds all the students to keep all the Institutional (and organizational) information and to safeguard it. The students during their course or anytime after the termination thereof, without express and written consent from the Director of Indian Mesh Pvt. Ltd. cannot disclose to any person or organization, financial or business information of Indian Mesh Pvt. Ltd. which a student may know or have acquired during the course(s) of the training period.
Whom should I contact for technical and registration queries?
The Lab in-charge is responsible for solving all the technical and registration queries.
What if I am not satisfied with the professor’s teaching method?
If the above situation occurs, student should directly consult their counsellor or the lab in-charge.
What if I am not satisfied with the syllabus?
Students in majority (at least half the batch) would first have to write an application to the management, then they may consult the lab in-charge, after which appropriate decision can be taken in consideration of the student request(s).
What if I require a break during the course?
Written application is required with valid reason for any kind of break during the course.

Academic Steps
Registration and counseling:
The applicant will fill the online registration form. The Counsellor would study the applicant’s profile and will briefly share the Practical Training Program details and if the prospective student remains interested s/he can go ahead with the admission procedure.
Admission:
Admission will get confirmed after the payment of the prescribed fees. At least 25% of the fees should be paid after the registration and rest of the amount is to be paid before the commencement of the practical training program.
Admission can get cancelled in case the student does NOT submit the required documents in time.
Admission will also be cancelled in case of the submission of fake or incorrect documents by the student.
Training Program:
(See Courses Offered) The duration of an academic or a Practical Training session of i-Mesh Lab depends on the course and the type of project but usually goes on for 45 days, 3 months or 6 months.
Certification:
Each student will be awarded with a certificate at the end of his/her practical training program. The list of Certificates that will be provided to the students are:

Attendance:
A candidate should secure a minimum of 75% attendance of the total number of classes held during the practical training program, failing to do so would cause him/her to be debarred from appearing in the final examination. If the student fails to secure the given percentage of attendance due to some valid reason s/he would have to adjust it by continuing the classes till s/he completes the aforementioned duration. Every student MUST secure at least 20 hours of attendance weekly.
Point of Termination:
Students under NO circumstances should enter the working areas. The student will be terminated then and there if s/he is found in the restricted areas.
Mesh Lab does not tolerate discrimination in the institute based on gender, race, age, skin, color, religion, marital status, sexual preference, heritage, physical or mental disability or any other characteristics protected by applicable laws.
Student causing any kind of damage to the property of the Institute will not be entertained by the Training Centre
Confidential Agreement:
The confidentiality agreement binds all the students to keep all the Institutional (and organizational) information and to safeguard it. The students during their course or anytime after the termination thereof, without express and written consent from the Director of Indian Mesh Pvt. Ltd. cannot disclose to any person or organisation, financial or business information of Indian Mesh Pvt. Ltd. which a student may know or have acquired during the course(s) of the training period.
iMesh Lab is a product of Indian Mesh Pvt. Ltd. who is the owner of the copyright and of all the copyright works which would be produced by an employee or the student engaged by Indian Mesh Pvt. Ltd. to prepare such work for the organisation or its associates.
This confidential information could include but is not limited to the following:
Essential ideas and techniques of the students who worked on the live projects,
Algorithms, procedures or techniques, or the essential ideas and principles underlying such algorithms, procedures or techniques developed,
Pricing or marketing strategies developed, investigated, modified, tested or assigned by the management,
Any other information gained in the course of the practical training program (Live Projects) that could reasonably be expected to prove harmful to the management if disclosed to third parties, including without limitation any information that could reasonably be expected to aid a competitor or potential competitor of the management in making inferences regarding the nature of the management’s business activities, where such inferences could reasonably be expected to allow such a competitor to compete more effectively with the management.
With the above said, the student acknowledges that S/he has acquired and/or will acquire Confidential Information in the course of his/her training program with the management, and that the ability of the management to continue in business could be seriously jeopardized if such Confidential Information were to be used by the student or by other persons or firms to compete with the Management.
Student also agrees that S/he shall not, directly or indirectly, at any time, during or after the term of his/her course with the management, shall disclose such Confidential Information of the management to any individual, partnership, corporation, or any other entity unless such disclosure has been specifically authorized in writing by the management or is required by any applicable law or by order of a court of competent jurisdiction.
Each student acknowledges that any breach of this agreement may cause the management irreparable harm for which there is no adequate remedy at law, and as a result of this, the management shall be entitled to the issuance by a court of jurisdiction, restraining order, or other equitable relief in favor of itself.
Refund Policy:
If the student is not satisfied with the mode, method or the way of conduct of the iMesh Lab Practical Training Centre, and leaves without any valid notice or after 10 days of the commencement of the practical training program, s/he will NOT be refunded with any amount of the fees paid. Students can withdraw or discontinue their practical training program after two days of the commencement of the training program with which 75% of the fees will be refunded to them. If the candidate is not satisfied in the duration of 10 days of the commencement of training program s/he can quit and take back 25% of the paid course fees.
Right To Search
The iMesh Lab reserves the right to search its employees/students’ or any of their property held in the management’s premises, at any time, if the institute is suspicious of anyone holding Alcohol or Drugs or if institute believes that a student may have committed a criminal offense.
If the student refuses to comply with the Management’s search right, such refusal will normally be treated as amounting to gross misconduct and will entitle the management to take disciplinary action including dismissal.
Student Bond Criteria
Students studying for free are obliged to sign a bond for 2 years after the completion of the internship. Scholarship will be provided depending upon the performance of the student.
General
We believe that you have not provided us with any false declaration or willfully suppressed any material information. If you have, you will be liable for removal from service without notice.
